Sunday, January 15th we’ll be hosting a Ski Day on the Rail Trail based out of our Winlaw station from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.. We’ll be offering a ski waxing demo where you can just watch to see how it’s done, or have your skis waxed for a $10 donation. As well, we’ll be offering brief ski lessons on how to get the most out of your ski (classic or skate skiing). Of course, you can always just go out for a ski and join us there afterwards. There’ll be refreshments being sold as a fundraiser for the Winlaw School Wilderness Progam. There’ll also be a bonfire to keep everyone warm. So come join us and catch up on all the latest Rail Trail News.
